Bhupendra T. Nagda has over 18 years experience in various areas of professional practice including statutory audits of listed public and private limited companies in sectors such as service industry, financial sector, IT, shipping and manufacturing. Mr. Nagda has extensive experience in statutory audits of schemes of mutual funds. He has undertaken various due diligence assignments including the due diligence of UTI Mutual Fund and investment inspection of insurance companies on behalf of IRDA. Mr. Nagda also has experience in conducting assignments of management assessments of SOX compliance. He joined the firm in 1997 and is the partner responsible for the audit practice of the firm, statutory and internal. He is an expert in the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI) sector.
