Charles B. Temkin, is a Managing Director in the Passthroughs Group, Washington National Tax at Deloitte Tax LLP. Prior to his current role at Deloitte, Mr. Temkin has served as an attorney advisor at the U.S. Dept. of the Treasury, Office of Tax Legislative Counsel (1974-1976). He is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. A member of the D.C. Bar Taxation Section, he has served as a member of the Steering Committee (1989-1994), as well as Vice-Chair and then Chair of the Pass-Through Entities and Real Estate Committee (1996-2001).
