Author, “SEC Disclosures Checklists, Including Financial Statement, MD&A, and Sarbanes-Oxley Checklists.” Through his various professional positions and meetings with the SEC Office of the Chief Accountant and Division of Corporation Finance, Mr. Pippin has obtained a keen understanding of the SEC reporting requirements and the workings of the SEC.
