She has structured numerous real estate transactions, including mergers, spin offs, joint ventures, investment funds, down REITs, and captive REITs involving real estate assets throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. She is a Certified Public Accountant (Georgia) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. Lynn is a frequent speaker on REIT-related matters.
