Christin Handa is a partner in Horwood Marcus & Berk Chartered (HMB)'s Private Client, Trusts & Estates group and is a member of HMB’s Board of Directors. Her practice focuses on estate planning, asset protection, premarital agreements, estate and trust administration and consulting with divorce attorneys and professionals.
Christin works with individuals and families—particularly those involving multiple marriages and mixed family situations—to plan their estates and draft premarital/postnuptial agreements to protect and pass on wealth and navigate through times of change. Her past experience as a family law practitioner complements her current estate planning practice, especially with the negotiation and drafting of premarital and postnuptial agreements and developing creative solutions to estate planning issues that arise in pending divorces.
