Borja Pascual Casarrubio

Borja Pascual Casarrubio is a lawyer in the Tax Practice of the Spanish law firm Cuatrecasas. Mr. Pascual specializes in international taxation, regularly advising on the tax structuring of Spanish investments abroad and foreign investments in Spain. He also advises international groups on transfer pricing matters and compliance with transfer pricing obligations. Mr. Pascual holds a Degree in Law from the Pompeu Fabra University, a Degree in Business Administration from the Pompeu Fabra University, a Master in Legal Practice and a Master in Tax Consultancy and Management from ESADE, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the International University of Catalunya. He is admitted to the Barcelona Bar.
