James De Bree, Jr.

James is a Certified Public Accountant who is a retired Partner at Deloitte Tax LLP, where he worked for more than 40 years. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, and author of numerous articles on REITs and REIT taxation. He is an adjunct professor teaching in the Masters of Taxation program at California State University, Northridge.
