David M. Schizer is CEO of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee. He has served as Dean Emeritus and the Harvey R. Miller Professor of Law and Economics; Co-director of the Richard P. Richman Center for Business, Law, and Public Policy; Co-director of the Charles Evans Gerber Transactional Studies Center; and Co-director of the Center for Israeli Legal Studies.
David is one of the nation’s leading tax law scholars, and his research also focuses on energy law and corporate governance issues. He serves on the board of Feil Properties, Seacor Holdings Inc.,, Ramaz, the 92nd Street Y, and Yale Hillel.
