Daniel Messing is an Executive Director of International Tax Services in Ernst & Young’s Tysons, Virginia office. Daniel advises on a wide number of international tax issues, including acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, international compliance, withholding matters, and various specialty areas (e.g., PFIC).
Before joining EY in 1988, Mr. Messing was an Associate with Goodwin Procter LLP and an Attorney-Advisor with the Office of Chief Counsel, Interpretative Division, Internal Revenue Service.
