Philip (Phil) A. McCarty is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's Washington, D.C. office. Phil focuses his practice on advising clients, predominantly large publicly held companies, on a wide range of domestic and international tax issues, including issues relating to global joint ventures, financial products, tax accounting and lease financing.
