Marko Vuori

Marko Vuori is a partner at Krogerus in Helsinki, Finland and he represents clients in both public and private M&A transactions and other corporate structuring matters. Marko advises both private and listed companies, their management and the shareholders in company law and corporate governance-related matters and chairs the shareholders' meetings. Prior to joining Krogerus, he worked as a legal counsel for the National Board of Patents and Registration.
