Vincent van der Lans is an international tax partner and is a core member of the Region Team US and the Life Sciences & Healthcare Team. He was managing partner of Loyens & Loeff’s New York office from 2017 up to and including 2022.
Vincent specializes in international tax matters, particularly for multinational corporations, financial institutions and investment funds (including private equity and venture capital) based in North America. His work includes mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and financing transactions, with a specific focus on the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector.
He frequently acts as speaker at international tax seminars and conferences, including the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the American Bar Association (ABA).
Vincent is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Tax Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands.
