Ulises Ruiz is a Senior Manager with the Latin American Business Center of Ernst & Young in New York with more than twenty years of experience in international taxation and transfer pricing. He joined Ernst & Young in December 2004 and has extensive experience in transactions between Mexico and the United States. His work includes consulting and tax planning in both international tax and transfer pricing as well as tax dispute resolution.
Previously, Ulises was an International Tax Director with Mueller & Co, LLP in Chicago and he had extensive experience in transactions between Mexico and the United States. His work included consulting and tax planning in both international tax and transfer pricing as well as tax dispute resolution.
From 1992 to to 1996, Ulises Ruiz worked in the International Division of the Mexican Ministry of Finance. From 1997 to 2004, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers' international tax practice in New York.
