Thomas L. Porter is Professor of Accounting at the Hult International Business School in Cambridge. Concurrently, he is adjunct professor of accounting at Boston University and at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Dr. Porter was previously Vice President at NERA Economic Consulting, Inc. where he provided expert witness services in disputes involving the application of generally accepted accounting principles. Dr. Porter was a member of the Research and Technical Activities staff at the Financial Accounting Standards Board where he participated in all aspects of standard-setting. Dr. Porter has authored several practitioner-related articles.
