Scott Rabinowitz is Counsel at Skadden, Arps where he assists clients with a wide range of tax accounting issues including timing of revenue recognition, timing of deductions, and inventory methods, including use of last-in, first-out (LIFO) inventory and application of section 263A. Prior to joining Skadden, he was a Managing Director at PwC, and Attorney for the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service; Law Clerk for the Honorable Norman Wolfe, for the United States Tax Court; and an Associate for Deloitte & Touche. Scott has also been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown Law.
