About Peter

Peter Moons is a partner in the tax practice of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg since 2004, with a focus on corporate tax advice for multinationals and funds, in particular private equity funds, their initiators and their investors.

Before joining the Luxembourg office in 2004, he practiced in the Rotterdam and Frankfurt offices of Loyens & Loeff, specializing in real estate funds and cross-border tax structuring. Peter is also active in the Loyens & Loeff German and Eastern European desks and heads the Luxembourg transfer pricing team.

Peter is a member of the Luxembourg Bar, the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and of the tax committee of the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. He regularly writes and speaks on tax developments in Luxembourg. A Dutch native speaker, Peter also speaks English, German and French.
