Patrick advises major corporations and private equity funds on a wide range of federal income tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, spin-offs, structuring and advising on stock purchase and asset acquisition agreements for financial and strategic buyers and sellers, tax-free reorganizations, cross-border tax planning, tax treaty issues, and FBAR issues.
