Noam Noked

Noam Noked is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also a tax consultant at the Hong Kong office of Baker & McKenzie. He holds an LLB (Honors) and a BA (Honors) from Tel Aviv University and an SJD from Harvard Law School. He is a former law clerk to the Supreme Court of Israel. His academic and professional work focuses on tax law and policy. He is the secretary of the Joint Liaison Committee on Taxation. He regularly publishes articles and speaks on tax matters.
