Michael Plowgian is a principal in the Washington, D.C. office of KPMG LLP. Previously, he was a Senior Advisor on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and also has served as an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of the International Tax Counsel at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
