Martina Gruber is a Manager of the Austrian PwC's Transfer Pricing & Corporate Tax Team. Before joining PwC, Martina obtained her doctoral degree at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) where she specialized in Austrian and international tax law. Her doctoral thesis covers aspects of insolvent entrepreneurs in Austrian tax law and their special tax treatments. Those special tax treatments were tested against the European state aid law. Martina focuses her practice on restructurings and reorganizations and is involved in many different projects.
