Martin Richter is the partner responsible for EY's transfer pricing services in Hong Kong. He advises multinational clients on the appropriate allocation of taxable income within a group, taking into consideration their cash requirements, tax efficiency, and transfer pricing compliance obligations.
Mr. Richter has more than 17 years of transfer pricing experience. He has worked across many areas including transfer pricing policy design, audit defense, tax effective business transformation projects and dispute resolution.
