Mark Price joined KPMG in 1998. Currently, he is a principal in the Financial Institutions and Products group of KPMG LLP's Washington National Tax practice. Mark focuses on the taxation of financial instruments and institutions, including capital market and structured finance transactions.
From 1996 to 1998, Mark was a tax associate at a well-known international law firm, where he had a general business tax practice, concentrating on corporate transactions, capital market transactions, and tax controversy and tax litigation.
