Marianna Dozsa

Marianna Dozsa is a Director in the Transfer Pricing Team of PwC, Vienna, Austria. She holds an MSc in Economics, and is a tax advisor in the United Kingdom and in Hungary. Marianna joined PwC Budapest, Hungary, in 1996 and worked for six years on PwC's transfer pricing team in London before joining the Vienna office in 2008. Marianna has been involved in transfer pricing planning for a number of European restructuring projects for companies in a wide range of industry sectors and has significant experience with transfer pricing issues relating to intellectual property. Marianna has also been responsible for several projects involving financing issues as well as the attribution of profits to permanent establishments, including commissionaire structures and financial institutions operating through branches. She has been involved in a number of advance pricing agreement projects and has been responsible for the Pan-European documentation of several multinational clients.
