Lindsey Dowling is a Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax and LLC in Denver. With more than 13 years of experience in public and private corporate tax, she specializes in the application and interpretation of US federal income tax law with respect to M&A, corporate bankruptcies and insolvencies, debt and restructuring regulations, tax-efficient legal entity structuring, and due diligence exercises.
Lindsey started her career with PwC in Boston, and most recently she served as the head of the tax function in the private sector, collaborating with the corporate treasury function in implementing tax infrastructure, resolving tax issues associated with critical business decisions, and managing the tax function over complex bankruptcies and transactions.
