Liesbet Verhoeven is an Advisor in the Service International Relations for Belgium's Federal Public Service. She holds a Masters in Law and a post graduate degree in Tax from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. She also holds a Tax Certificate in Personal, Corporate, and Non-Resident Income, respectively. Ms. Verhoeven manages the part of the International Service regarding bi-/multilateral advance pricing agreements and mutual agreement procedures. She has also participated as an expert for the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on the Dispute Resolution and Avoidance and Safe Harbours panels, respectively.
