Dr. Lars Samuelson is an Executive Director in the Stockholm office of Ernst & Young AB. He was previously a Director with Svalner Skatt & Transaktion, also located in Stockholm. After obtaining an L.L.D. in fiscal law from Uppsala University in 1994, Dr. Samuelson worked with several Swedish law firms and was a tax adviser at KPMG Sweden from 2003–2011. Dr. Samuelson has extensive experience in international corporate taxation involving both private and listed companies. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, transfer pricing, tax controversy and tax ruling matters. Dr. Samuelson is an associate professor (docent) in fiscal law at Uppsala University and is on the editorial board of the Swedish tax periodical Skattenytt.
