Julia M. Tonkovich

Julia Tonkovich is an executive director in the Washington, D.C. office of the International Tax and Transaction Services group in EY LLP's National Tax Department. Her practice includes advising public and closely held companies on a broad range of tax issues related to their cross-border activities, with a focus on inbound tax matters. Julia has served as an Attorney-Advisor with the International Tax Counsel's office in the Treasury Department's Office of Tax Policy. She has also been an instructor at the University of Washington and served on the Washington, DC staff of Senator Max Baucus.
