Jimmy Gatliff is a member of the Indirect Tax staff in Ernst & Young's Denver office, concentrating his practice on sales and use tax matters. Prior to that role, Mr. Gatliff worked as a State Tax Law Editor for Bloomberg Tax focusing on individual income tax; credits and incentives; and taxation of estates, gifts, and trusts.
Mr. Gatliff received his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and his LL.M. in Taxation (with a Certificate in State and Local Tax) from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the Maryland bar.
