Jason has been practicing public accounting for over 20 years and owns a Certified Public Accounting firm in New York State, and a Chartered Accountancy Firm in Auckland New Zealand. Jason is a Certified Public Accountant (New York and Texas); Chartered Accountant (New Zealand); Certified Information Systems Auditor; Certified Internal Auditor; Certified Information Technology Professional; and Certified in Financial Forensics. He has previously published with John Wiley & Sons Inc. with IT Auditing and Application Controls (Wood, Brown, Howe) and with the American Accounting Association with Business in the Cloud: Research Questions on Governance, Audit, and Assurance (Schmidt, Wood, Grabski).
