Janine is a Senior Manager in the International Tax Services practice of the Financial Services Office of EY, with more than 10 years of international tax experience. She assists multinational organizations in the financial services industry to assess and improve their global tax profiles and functionality and assists clients on cross-border transactions to advance corporate tax efficiencies. Janine has spoken in several conferences sponsored by the American Bar Associations (ABA). She is a former chair of the ABA subcommittee of FDAP/Withholding and the co-chair of the ABA subcommittee of Young Lawyers of International Tax. Janine was a member of the 2014–2015 Class of Nolan Fellows. Prior to joining EY, Janine worked in the international tax group of another Big Four accounting firm and as a lawyer for an international tax law firm in New York City. Janine has also worked in the international tax practice of a Big Four accounting firm in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Janine is a member of the New York Bar. She is fluent in English and Portuguese.
