Tax Lawyer, Canada Revenue Agency, Income Tax Rulings Directorate, Henry Chong has provided tax advice to public and private corporations on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and cross-border investments and other international transactions, capital market transactions and personal tax planning for high net worth individuals. Prior to Re-joining the Government, Mr. Chong practiced Canadian and U.S. tax with prominent law firms in Toronto and New York City. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Tax Section of New York Bar Association and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
