Harmen van Dam, tax adviser, is a member of Loyens & Loeff’s Tax Practice Group. He advises clients on Dutch corporate tax and dividend tax, particularly in respect to transfer pricing (advance pricing agreements, general audits, corresponding adjustments, mutual consultation procedures, etc.), mergers and acquisitions, and international corporate structuring. He teaches regularly at the International Tax Center (ITC) in Leiden and the IBFD.
Harmen is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Association for Tax Research (Vereniging voor Belastingwetenschap) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
