Guy A. Bracuti is a principal in the Washington, D.C. office of KPMG LLP. Previously, he was an Attorney-Advisor in the IRS, Office of Chief Counsel (International). He received his J.D., cum laude, from The George Washington University School of Law, an LL.M. in Taxation from the Georgetown Law School, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Rutgers College. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
