Guillermo is a founding member of Teijeiro & Ballone, a law firm based in Buenos Aires. He teaches international taxation at the Catholic University of Argentina and Austral University and is a member of the advisory board for the master’s program in taxation at the Torcuato Di Tella University. Guillermo is a prolific author of articles and books for a wide variety of legal and tax publishers. He is a regular contributor to Bloomberg Tax’s Tax Management International Forum and VAT Navigator, as well as a co-author of Portfolio 7000-2nd: Business Operations in Argentina.
