Gerald B. Treacy, Jr. is currently the owner and manager of Treacy Law Firm, PLLC, where he specializes in estate and charitable planning. Previous law experience includes partnerships in the Seattle and Bellevue area at McGuire, Woods, Battle & Boothe, and at Perkins Coie. Prior to his Washington work, Gerald worked in Los Angeles, California at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
Gerald is the author of Washington Guardianship Law, Administration and Litigation (3d ed. 1997) and a fellow at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is an inactive member of the Bar of California, and a member of the Bars of District of Columbia and Washington State.
