Edward Purnell is Professor of Law at Handong International Law School in the Republic of Korea where he teaches contracts, commercial law, contract drafting, bankruptcy and U.S. Federal income taxation. Prior to moving into academia, Mr. Purnell spent 10 years as a Partner with Jones Day in Chicago and Cleveland where his focus was on U.S. Federal income tax.
