David Bowen has been a Professor of Practice at the USD School of Law since 2018. Previously, he was the national managing principal for the transfer pricing unit of Grant Thornton LLP in Washington, D.C. He has taught as a professorial lecturer at the George Washington University Law School as well as an adjunct professor at University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to graduating law school, Bowen worked for Chief Judge Samuel B. Sterrett and Judge Joel Gerber at the United States Tax Court, Washington, D.C., and post-graduation has held several private practice positions in the areas of tax and general litigation.
