About Christopher

Chris is the co-leader of PwC’s national value chain transformation service. The offerings provided by this practice area are customized to individual client's needs and combine specialties such as transfer pricing, international tax, advisory, customs, VAT, and state taxes.

Chris develops transfer pricing and value chain strategies that are designed to help his clients manage their business with their “best foot forward.” He creates these strategies by analyzing current policies compared to the global changes in the TP landscape (e.g., US Tax Reform and OECD BEPS), understanding the company’s business priorities, incorporating modeling and technology to evaluate options and implementing policies and documentation to help guide the business as they adopt and apply new/updated strategies.

Chris has over 20 years of experience in evaluating, implementing and resolving a wide range of transfer pricing matters across several industries. Constant availability, quick response, tight project management and effective marshaling of resources are the hallmarks of his approach to serving clients.

Chris was previously with Ceteris, where he helped build the company into a world-class organization by serving as Managing Director and Chief Sales Officer. Prior to joining Ceteris, Chris was a transfer pricing economist with both PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Ernst & Young LLP.

An award-winning speaker, he has spoken at numerous conferences and seminars throughout the nation as well as authored articles and chapters regarding transfer pricing for international publications. Christopher is the co-author of the Bloomberg Tax Management Portfolio on ASC 740-10 (FIN 48) and Transfer Pricing that was published in the Fall 2012.

Chris has also guest lectured at several Universities including Georgetown Law School and Chicago Booth MBA Program. He obtained his MBA with a concentration in International Business and a Bachelors of Science in Management from Eastern Illinois University.
