About Bryson

Bryson M. Kirksey is an attorney at Burns, Henry & Kirksey, P.C. and he has been practicing law in and around our community for the past four years. After graduating from Walker Valley High School in 2002 Bryce attended Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, TN, where he received his accounting degree in 2005. Bryce then graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, AL, in 2008, where he focused primarily on tax, estate, and business planning. Concluding his legal education, Bryce received his Masters of Laws in Taxation in 2009 from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Since beginning his practice, Bryce also has earned his CPA license. Bryce's practice involves many transactional matters, including tax planning for individuals and companies, estate planning (drafting wills and trusts), probate, business formation and planning, and forming and advising tax­ exempt organizations.
