Brian Arthur is a partner in Baker McKenzie's New York office, where he advises on international and US federal taxation. He regularly presents on transfer pricing and international tax issues for organizations such as Tax Management Portfolio&tm and various Firm client seminars. Brian has also authored several articles on these topics. He focuses on federal transfer pricing, international tax controversy and international tax planning. He also counsels on audits, appeals, litigation, competent authority and other stages of dispute resolution.
Previously, Brian was an Associate at White & Case from 2006–2008, and an Attorney-Advisor to the Honorable Judge Joel Gerber, the United States Tax Court from 2004–2006. He is a Member of the J. Edgar Murdock American Inn of Court, U.S. Tax Court and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
