Brandee Tilman is a Senior Manager of State and Local tax at KPMG. She is a former a Senior Manager, Tax Controversies & Tax Counsel for The Walt Disney Company. Her previous positions include: Graduate Fellow for the Council On State Taxation and senior associate, KPMG LLP. Ms. Tilman serves on Executive Committee of the American Bar Association's State and Local Tax Committee and Editorial Board of The Tax Lawyer - State and Local Tax Edition. She was selected as one of six members of the 2007–2008 class of John S. Nolan Fellows by the American Bar Association.
