Bernard Moens is a Principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York, where he leads the international tax U.S. inbound practice.

Mr. Moens has spoken about the indirect foreign tax credit for the FSC/DISC Tax Association as well as giving several presentations on current international tax issues. He has also been an associate with both Kirkland & Ellis and Weil Gotshal & Manges in New York.
