Annabelle Bailleul-Mirabaud specialises in international taxation. She advises multinational groups on cross-border operations (transfer pricing, taxation of international flows, intra-group financing) and assists them with tax audits and litigation. She also focuses on structuring and implementing worldwide incentive plans. She joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 2003 after several months with CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, New York. She is one of the authors of Business Operations in France (Bloomberg BNA).
