Andrew Haave is Vice President in the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC. His area of expertise includes estate planning, with particular emphasis on high net worth individuals and their families, including the structuring of inter vivos transactions such as grantor trust sale gifts and grantor retained annuity trusts. Andrew also has experience advising fund principals on carried interest planning and advising US citizens and long-term green card holders of the tax consequences of expatriation. Currently, Andrew works with private clients and their own advisors with their strategic wealth management plans. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Andrew was a partner at the international private client law firm of Withers LLP / Withers Bergman LLP.
