Andrew W. Bagley is a senior counsel in the Labor & Employment Group, where he provides litigation and counseling services concerning a wide range of labor and employment matters. He is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland bars, as well as the bars of various federal district and appellate courts. He is a member of the Labor and Employment sections of the D.C. Bar and the American Bar Association. Andrew is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and several federal district and appellate courts. He is a graduate of Duke University, A.B. (1986) magna cum laude and the University of Maryland School of Law, J.D. (1994), Order of the Coif.
