Thomas Pevarnik

Tom Pevarnik is the Managing Director at Deloitte Tax LLP's Washington National Tax Office. Prior, he was a Director in Deloitte's National Global Employment Services practice working . Tom serves as Deloitte Tax's leading expert on the IRS's qualified plan correction programs, assisting clients with correcting qualification errors through the IRS's Employee Plans Compliance Resolution ("EPCRS") programs.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Tom worked with the IRS National Office, and was a charter member of the committee that developed the Voluntary Compliance Resolution Program, a program that later became part of the IRS's EPCRS. Tom is a leading expert on qualified plans, and executive compensation.
