Rakesh Alshi

Rakesh Alshi is a partner with the Deloitte Transfer Pricing group in India and is based in the Mumbai office. He has more than ten years of experience in the fields of transfer pricing and international taxation. He worked in the Deloitte Chicago office for more than a year and has had various involvements with other Deloitte offices, including in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Prior to joining Deloitte, Rakesh was a Senior Manager – Taxation with a multinational corporation, Kvaerner Cementation India Limited, and was the head of its Foreign Exchange and Tax Department. Rakesh has contributed articles on transfer pricing and international taxation to the Economic Times, Financial Express, Kokusai Zhimo, Japan, and Bloomberg Tax, USA.
