Nancy Prosser

Nancy Prosser is a former general counsel at the Multistate Tax Commission where she was one of six attorneys who provided legal support to the operations, staff, and programs of the Commission and the states who participate in the work of the Commission. She previously served as general counsel at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, where she provided legal advice and counsel to the comptroller, deputy comptroller, and other members of executive administration, and participated in a variety of program activities that supported the agency’s key missions.
