Matthew D. Clyde, Esquire

Matthew Clyde is a member in Cozen O'Connor's Pittsburgh office. He focuses his practice on various aspects of employee benefits law, including compensation and retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation. Matt's experience includes managing and litigating withdrawal liability issues involving multiemployer pension plans and counseling employers on the administration and, if necessary, the freeze or termination of single-employer benefit plans. He also counsels benefit plan sponsors regarding their fiduciary duties under ERISA.
