Duane Dobson

Duane Dobson serves as a Director at Ryan in the Firm's State Income and Franchise Tax group. Duane has 30 years of experience delivering multistate tax services to his clients, with a specific focus on helping his clients manage and minimize their corporate tax liabilities. Specifically, Duane assists his clients in resolving state and local tax audits, developing strategies to limit or eliminate tax exposures, identifying tax refund and other savings opportunities, addressing complex tax accounting issues, and managing day-to-day state tax functions. He is a Certified Member of the Institute of Professionals in Taxation (IPT) and he has presented at numerous IPT workshops and conferences and has been named an IPT Presenter of the Year.
